Two-Family Properties

Eastern Connecticut families are facing a housing affordability crisis. Over the past few years, the cost of rental housing across our region has soared, pricing  many low-income working families out of the housing market. Always Home owns two, 2-family properties in Groton, Connecticut. Each property has two, 3-bedroom apartments and adds four housing units to our region's affordable housing stock, providing families with stable housing they can afford. Rental income is re-invested into Always Home's client programs, thereby supporting other families facing housing insecurity.
