Always Home Receives Significant Grant from Chamber Foundation
The Chamber of Commerce of Eastern CT Foundation announced the distribution of $120,000 to 37 Eastern CT non-profits to improve the quality of life for children in the region. Annually, 60% of the family population Always Home serves are children under the age of 18. Last fiscal year, we helped 231 families, including 435 minor children, avoid homelessness or time spent in emergency shelter. Thanks to the generosity of the Chamber Foundation, we continue our mission of Preventing Family Homelessness.
